IFConnect staff will serve as Parlerai’s first line of communication with subscribers and will be responsible for client training, tracking customer needs, and helping to define requirements for the next generation of product based on market feedback. Parlerai Chooses IFConnect to Design New Collaboration System for Special Needs Children Parlerai, Inc. of Scituate, MA has awarded IFConnect a contract to design and develop an augmentative collaboration system that will be the company’s primary product offering to the educational market. The new system will be offered to families with special need children as a means of strengthening each child’s social network and improving their educational experience and ability to communicate with caregivers. IFConnect has assembled a scalable Virtual Project Team to help direct and manage the entire development process. The new Software as a Service (SaaS) platform will be developed using web 2.0 technologies and methods and will leverage advancements in mobile devices and touch screen technology. Lewtan Technolgies Taps IFConnect for Electronic Data Acquisition Lewtan Technologies, Inc. of Waltham, MA has awarded IFConnect a contract to design and develop an automated data acquisition system that will acquire and process asset securitization data from financial institutions globally. The new platform will programmatically acquire, normalize and format data obtained from the public internet and feed it directly into Lewtan’s existing workflow system. The new integrated platform will significantly reduce turnaround time for data processing and will significantly enhance data quality. The blended IFConnect Virtual Project Team that will direct and manage the entire development process will utilize resources from offices in the U.S. and India. The new system will be developed using C# and will process data from .xls and .pdf files posted on institutional sites. BI Technologies Taps IFConnect As Project Leadership Partner IFConnect recently signed on as a project outsourcing partner with BI Technologies of Hingham, MA and will be providing the company with dedicated project management services. IFConnect has assembled a scalable Virtual Project Team to directly manage a variety of client directed, business intelligence implementation projects on behalf of BI Technologies. Each project will draw on a combination of BI Technologies in-house development resources and IFConnect project leaders. IFConnect project leaders will handle all project management functions for each project and will work directly with BI Technologies clients serving as an extension of the BI Technologies project office. By leveraging IFConnect’s Virtual Project Team services, BI Technologies can seamlessly expand the overall reach of its project office without adding directly to its overhead.
An IFConnect Virtual Project Team will provide project management and engineering resources in support of UpTick Data Technologies’ new product initiative. The product, called PlanXtra, will provide financial institutions and plan managers with an online solution for fund research, selection and monitoring. IFConnect has assembled a scalable Virtual Project Team to help direct and manage the entire development process. The project will go ahead in two distinct phases. Phase one will complete comprehensive user experience components with full functionality prior to Feb. 1, 2007. Phase two consists of completion of all core development along with a full beta release. By deploying the IFConnect Virtual Project Team, UpTick Data Technologies will have immediate access to experienced design and engineering resources while keeping business risk at a minimum.
